About the Journal

Artificial Intelligence in Educational Decision Sciences (AIEDS) is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing rigorous research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, and decision sciences. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for examining how AI-driven models, analytics, and intelligent systems inform, support, and transform decision-making processes across educational contexts.

AIEDS focuses on evidence-based, theory-grounded, and methodologically robust studies that explore educational decisions at multiple levels—classroom instruction, curriculum design, assessment, institutional management, educational policy, and lifelong learning systems. We welcome interdisciplinary contributions that integrate artificial intelligence with learning sciences, data science, educational psychology, management science, economics of education, and public policy.

The journal prioritizes research that goes beyond technical novelty by demonstrating decision relevance, educational impact, and ethical responsibility. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, AI-supported learning analytics, predictive modeling for student success, intelligent tutoring and recommendation systems, algorithmic decision-making in education, AI-informed policy evaluation, governance and ethics of educational AI, and human-AI collaboration in educational leadership.

AIEDS is committed to maintaining high scholarly standards through a transparent peer-review process, international editorial oversight, and adherence to best practices in research integrity and open science. By fostering critical dialogue between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, the journal aims to contribute to more informed, equitable, and sustainable educational decision-making in the age of artificial intelligence.
